Terms of Service

1. The Service

Altair Fellowship provides interview-preparation content — including quizzes, drills and statistics — for Investment Banking, Private Equity, Sales & Trading and Real Estate roles. The content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular interview, academic or career outcome, and the content does not constitute professional, financial or career advice.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free access & subscriptions

The free Interview Challenge is available once. Unlimited practice, statistics and mistake review require an active subscription or trial.

Subscriptions are offered on a weekly or yearly basis and may include a free trial. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.

4. Billing, renewal & cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies; we do not process payments directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the questions, explanations or other content;
• reverse engineer, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and all its content, including questions, explanations, design and branding, are owned by Altair Fellowship or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own preparation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we work to keep the content accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or suitable for any specific interview or employer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altair Fellowship will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunities or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
